Bottom Drawer is a pop up restaurant that was founded with one goal in mind, having the best balls on the planet! We aim to make high end food at an affordable price, using technique and care. Our fried risotto balls are based off the classic Italian appetizer, but we take modern spins using global recipes and modern cooking techniques to take the familiar vessel to new and exciting places.
